Advantages: delicious

Disadvantages: expensive at full price

Widely available and in a range of sizes and flavours. Most of them just contain fruit (in various forms), I think there is the odd one with yogurt, but most are vegan and just full of fruit which is great. Innocent also seem to have more of an interesting range of flavours than their competitors and I'd say they are better quality too, or perhaps they just taste more luxurious due to the interesting ingredients. I had one today with boysenberries, which I had never even heard of before!
Innocent smoothies tend to be very thick, which I think is a good thing. Some of them (mostly the ones with darker red fruits) do tend to be slightly "bitty" too although I would say not in a bad way (and I am someone who detests bits in juice) but others may disagree.
The downside for me is the price, but thankfully Innocent smoothies are often on offer at various supermarkets. Currently the 1 litre cartons are on offer at Tesco 2 for £4, I think they're meant to be £3.09 each. Also the 250ml bottles are available as part of Boots meal deals.

Summary: probably the best smoothies on the market, IMHO
