Advantages: Delicious, wide range, healthy

Disadvantages: Expensive

My diet has been so shocking recently and Ive struggled to include anything healthy, so in desperation I turned to Innocent smoothies as a cunning way of including more fruit with less effort.
They are absolutely gorgeous and a single 250ml glass provides two of your five a day with no effort whatsoever.
All the drinks are 100% pureed fruit with no additives at all, so they are completely healthy and guilt free.
Speaking of guilt or lack of it, the company is commited to ethical practices and attempts to use sustainable ingredients, recycled cartons and bottles and minimal packaging.
With a simple label and distinctive face with halo logo, the Innocent smoothies are easy to spot in the chilled aisle of your local supermarket, and are widely stocked so theres no excuse except the price.
Retailing at around £3 a carton they are a little on the expensive side, so I tend to buy them when they are on offer to get value for money.
Available in a range of delicious flavours including strawberries and bananas, cranberry and raspberry and mango and passionfruit.
My all time favourite though is pineapple, banana and coconut, which is like an alcohol free Pina Colada! Yum yum!

Summary: A great way to your five a day
