Innocent Smoothies are my first ever smoothies I've drunk and they have made addicted to smoothies in a way. I must admit that the reason I've tried the innocent smoothies was because I was taken in by the cute packaging. From the outside, the bottles come in simple yet attractive packaging which appeals to old and young customers alike (more younger customers I must admit).

As for the taste, there are varieties for the consumers to choose from. My favourite one is the 'Strawberries & bananas' but there are many different tastes such as mangos & passion fruits, pineapples, bananas & coconuts and so on. The taste is so smooth and full of flavours as well as ticking 2 boxes of 5-a-day fruit quota. Their selling point is that the innocent smoothies are made of 100% fruits with no artificial colours or preservatives. Thus it is a healthy drink for all ages.

The smoothies come in a variety of packages ranging from 250 ml bottles to 750 ml and 1.25 l cartons. Just recently, they have debuted school-lunch box cartons which are perfect for kids and students alike.

One drawback for Innocent smoothies is their top-end prices. The 250 ml bottles can cost you between £ 1.00 - £ 2.20 depending on the supermarket or if you're brave enough to buy them from cafe such as Costa. Therefore, whenever possible, I would buy the larger cartons as they're more economical (especially if they're on offer). Nevertheless, I would like it's cheaper to make you own smoothies. Another advantage of making your own smoothies would be that you can customise it to your own liking.

Overall, I think this is a drink if you're having a busy day to have to grab a bite to eat from a fast-food restaurant yet needs something to feel good. I do indulge myself with a bottle of innocent smoothies occasionally but since I need to be aware to how much I spend, this is a rare occasion. To sum it up; the quality is top-notch but the price is not.
