==Introduction==
I'll be the first to admit I'm not the healthiest of people, in fact probably not very healthy at all. A biscuit would win over an apple any day for me. I live with my mum and just see my dad at the weekends and my dad can be a little bit of a health freak at times and will always try and encourage me to go for the healthier option. One product he bought and asked me to try was an Innoccent fruit smoothie and I was quite pleasantly surprised at how tasty these were considering their full of goodness.

==About the product==
All innocent products contain 100% natural ingredients, the smoothies contain 100% fruit and count as 2 of your 5 a day, which is great if you're always busy and on the move. A variety of different flavours are available, my favourite is strawberry and banana which is quite surprising as I don't really like banana but they just taste really nice!

The smoothies are available in different sizes including kid's cartons which include a straw so are ideal for lunch boxes; also they are no bits in these and are 100% smooth. Then there is also 750ml and 1.25 litre cartons and little bottles which are ideal for adults on the go. Innocent are quite expensive though, the little bottles can cost nearly £2 each so no something I would buy all the time. The small cartons for kid's lunch boxes cost about £3 for 4, the 750ml bottle is about £2.50 and the 1.25 litre carton is about £3.50.

The drinks are available in all leading supermarkets; I have bought them in asda, Tesco and Morrison's. All supermarkets with Tesco in particular have this on offer quite often, just before Christmas the range was half price and when not on this offer they are normally on 2 for so much. They have good dates on so last quite a while and don't have to be drunk quickly. For the best taste these need to be kept refrigerated.

Although definitely not the cheapest product on the market these are really good for you as each recommended portion contains 2 of your 5 a day and I just love the taste. The fact that they come in lunch box cartons, little bottles and bigger bottles is great as they are catering for everyone. I see innocent have also started branching out into veg pots too which also contain 2 of your 5 a day look quite tasty. I would give this 5 stars for taste although maybe not for price!

Summary: A great healthy drink although you have to pay the price.
