The innocent smoothies are divine! Although I love them all, I always come back to the simplest one - the strawberry and banana smoothie. This smoothie has just the right balance of flavours, with the tangy sweet of the strawberries and the smooth, creamy sweet of the banana that balance eachother wonderfully. It's quite a thick smoothie and demands time to properly taste and appreciate it. It counts as 2 of your 5 fruit and veg a day and I'm not surprised as it is actually also quite filling, so would probably be very very good for dieting, as a healthy snack! It's a really good way of getting vitamins and minerals into kids too, ... Read the complete review

When I saw the Innocent Smoothies were on special offer in our local Tesco's I decided that I would try one as Dave had bought one whilst shopping in Scotland and he loved it. Knowing that I like my smoothies he had recommended them to me, although for some reason I wasn't so sure, but I chose one to try. A bit of background information Innocent is a company that believes in sustainability. Their products are also 100% natural with their policy that 'if it isn't in nature it won't be in their products'. They use 100% recycled and renewable packaging and aim to be carbon neutral. What do they make? Smoothies - in litre cartons ... Read the complete review

I am a huge fan of the Innocent brand - drinking one of their smoothies makes me feel healthier instantly and also with the added bonus that they taste absolutely fantastic. They have provided a wide range of different varieties that simply taste fantastic and I always struggle to think of a favourite. Only downside and it is quite a big one is the price. These 1 litre carton are expensive and would be in anyone's eyes. Thankfully they are often on offer and on multi-buy special price and that is the reason that I usually have one carton in my fridge. At full price these cost over £3 a carton and I think that makes them totally unaffordable for most if ... Read the complete review

Innocent Fruit Smoothie - Strawberries and Banana What is it? ******** A fruit drink. Special features? ************* Made from 100% fruit and fruit puree blended into a smoothie. What do I think? ************* I think this is great and one of the easiest ways to get your two portions of fruit on the go. Although, I'm not too keen on the colour and when you pour it out it does look like something from a kids gunk kit pack. The consistency is a bit sloppy and thick, but you just have to reassure yourself that this is just the fruit puree and hopefully you can convince yourself that you will ... Read the complete review

I don't eat the healthiest of diets and I am always looking for the cheat's way to boost my vitamin intake without making any effort. I love Innocent Smoothies and seeing as they are the simplest way of upping my fruit intake I tend to drink one glass every day. I've been trying out the different flavours lately, including this Strawberries and Bananas smoothie which is available in 250ml single serving sized bottles, or larger 750ml and 1.25 litre cartons. Because I drink smoothies so often I tend to buy the XXL size cartons as this gives better value for money. A recommended serving size is 250mls, so this carton gives 5 full servings which is the perfect ... Read the complete review
