Advantages: Taste and variety

Disadvantages: Price, size

My first encounter with J20 was when I was in my local Rileys watching my beloved Manchester United on the big screen when I decided to go up to the bar and get myself a drink. As I didnt have much money I decided on a soft drink and saw and offer on J20's. I had heard of them before but had never tasted on so I asked for the Apple and Melon version.

Apple and Melon are two of my favourite fruits and I thought that it was a great combination to have in a drink like this. As I sat down with my drink and took a swig I was very pleased with the taste of it and with the high content of juice (50%) It really tasted like a fruit drink should.

I recommend that They really need to be ice cold as that's how you will get the full taste of the fruit juices to come out. I always like my cold drinks to be really cold as it says on the side best served ice cold or chilled. If you have this drink at room temperature then it really doesnt do itself justice.

They also have many other flavours including Apple and Mango, Orange and Passionfruit, Orange and Cranberry, Orange and Pomegranit, Apple and Blackberry and finally Apple and Raspberry. These drinks are available in a number of different pack sizes, 4 bottles, 8 bottles or 12 bottles. You can usually find some good deals that will make the purchase seem more reasonable like 2 crates for £5. or reduced prices on the larger packs in the likes of Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury's.

My only gripes about this drink from Britvic are that it is rather expensive for the amount you get in the bottles. And also that they only come in one size. It would be good if they came in different sizes as most soft drinks do. But other than these two issues I have no other problems with this drink and I would recommend it to anyone who likes fruit drinks.

These drinks can go very well as a mixer for Vodka and Rum but not really for Whisky because of the balance. Put them with Vodka especially and then can give a nice alternative to some of the vodka fruit drinks that you see around everywhere. I often see people having bottles of this in pubs if they are driving home. I see them in practically every pub around as they are very popular.

This drink will suit adults as much as it will suit older children, we are talking ten plus here. It is a really nice drink which can be a great drink to sit out in the sunshine with on hot summer days. But it's also great all year round. There are many drinks available in the range so there's something for everyone. I may get a couple of boxes of this on my next shopping trip on thursday.

Summary: A great drink/
