My first experience with JD was when i was..how should i put this?...'Slightly underage' ?
Ok, so i was 16 and it was the school leaving do, after drinking many a JD & coke i managed to cut my wrist open but thats a whole other story!

I didnt touch the stuff for 2years after that little incident until on holdiay once and i just thought 'i miss you jack' after that it all came flooding back to me.

Now i don't think this is exactly a great tasting drink ,c'mon admit it, you don't ACTUALLY like the taste of alchohol, no-one does, this has a nasty little kick at the end but does have it's finer moments when sipped with a bit of coke and a few ice-cubes, it's something to be savoured not necked like your other types of drink!

The main reason i drink this stuff, to be honest, is that it makes me look cool, there are certain types of drink that make you think "I'm ace", this is one of them, its a certain buzz to know you're not just a stella swigging beer-boy, it may not be cheap at £16 per 70cl bottle but it's more than worth it.

This is only a short review due to the nature of the stuff...

"Its 40%, tastes ok with coke, buy it, drink it"

That could be it over and done with but i think you know that wouldn't help much, just to say that this stuff is a real blast, you can get very drunk off it in a short space of time but you don't feel dizzy/ill like you do when swigging cheap spirits, this stuff is made with care! not once have i had a hangover after drinking only this stuff (that has to be a plus point in these days of cheap tasting 2month old spirits)

So overall? Just try a bottle, if you like it then you've made a friend for life in good ol' Jack, if you don't like it then take it to your next party and i can assure you there will be someone who will polish it off in a matter of minutes, you'l
l look good as everyone else has brought cheap stuff and you only spent £16!

Image is everything nowadays, JD has barrels of it and much more to boot!

Well hi there. I would have liked to have heard more about JD for a higher rating. But just so's you know, people do like the taste of it, and not all of us 'drink to get drunk/be funny etc'

My advice to you is to write about something you really really like - you'll find it much easier and will probably get higher ratings as you'll naturally be more comprehensive!

If you need a hand with anything on dooyoo then let me know.
