Jagermeister is a liquer made with herbs and spices, it is a German drink as the name kind of gives away and it has a very strong taste that comes from it and is used normally as a dark brown shot or as a part of a 'jager bomb' which consists of a shot of Jagermeister and a serving of Red Bull energy drink.

This drink has became very popular in bars lately and also has become highly promoted in the teenage scene and clubs, Jagermeister promotion girls and guys have lately been in most clubs alot of the times I have been out promoting the shot and giving out merchandise like flashing lights and hula necklaces for buying it.

The alcohol volume of this drink is 35% giving it a proof of 70. It is a very strong liquer, and can get you very drunk if you drink too many, and the 'jager bombs' make for a greater buzz and an even worse hangover.

I think that after a few bad experiances with this drink, I cant stand it, maybe after a while I will be fit to stomach it, though it is just too strong for me and I dont think that it is worth taking a few shots of it and ruining my night, even though at university on our nights out its almost been made compulsery I have managed to avoid it.

This drink doesnt really taste that great, it really is only good for one thing, and that is making you very drunk, so if thats not your scence, and like me you prefere to keeps your wits about you when you are on a night out, i suggest you avoid this drink, or just drink it very sensibly.
