I don't drink many hot drinks but i do like a nice cup of coffee sometimes but I don't like it to be too strong because it makes me feel sick. My mum brought a box of Kenco Rappor sticks at the car boot and each one is enough to do one normal strength cup of coffee. You just tip the sachet of coffee into your mug and make it the same way as you would coffee out of a jar. I don't like this one though even though I drink the Kenco we have at home because this Rappor coffee has a funny burnt taste and smells dead strong. I think it tastes very harsh even when I have put my milk and sugar in it. It doesn't dissolve as good as the other ... Read the complete review

When I was young I hated coffee, the first time I tasted it I spat it out all-over the place much to the annoyance of my Mother. Indeed it wasn't until my early twenties that I started to drink coffee regulary due in main to the fact I had to get up at five thirty in the morning! Times have certainly changed, for now I cannot start a days work until I have had my cup of coffee to wake me up. To be a little more precise I cannot start until I have had my cup of Rappor which is the best instant coffee I have tasted, far better than Nescafe which I used to drink. The maker of Rappor is Kenco which stands for KENyan COffee growers. This company started out in ... Read the complete review

There can’t be anybody who hasn’t heard the name Kenco, it is probably the biggest name to be associated with coffee and they have a long history dating back to the early 1920s. As the name suggests, Kenco is a Kenyan coffee producer who introduced their range of coffee beans to the UK in 1923, by opening up a coffee shop in Sloane Square, London. Shortly afterwards, they introduced a mail-order service (John Gardner (London) Ltd) so that local hotels and restaurants could order direct. The company expanded and many top hotels and restaurants around the country were soon buying their beans. During the Second World War, tea was in limited ... Read the complete review

I had guests to stay this weekend and, as a thank you for their lovely time they bought me a big box of biscuits and a huge jar of coffee bless them. So I'm having a cup now, made with milk, Mmmm lovely. When I opened the jar to take a big sniff (being very careful not to snort it!) I was surprised by the smell. it doesn't really smell like coffee to me, more like burnt toast! So as you can imagine, I wasn't really looking forward to trying it that much after all. But in the interests of DooYoo earnings I gave it a go. I'm now on mug number three, it's lovely! As I said before I make my coffee with milk, sometimes with a generous ... Read the complete review

But you always need some in for when people come around (for coffee and getting fed up with me as l never have any). Until one day whilst browsing the shelves of my local supermarket (sad isnt it having nothing better to do) I found these brilliant sachets from Kenco. They are 'Bursting with real Coffee taste' (l wonder why they think that necessary to say as what else would they taste of?). You buy a box of 20 sachets (at my local Supermarket, they are about 80p). They are perfect for one cup of coffee (if you like coffee that is). They are made by those lovely people at Kenco and are perfect for guests. I always used to buy a ... Read the complete review
