Advantages: Better for you thank fizzy drinks and a great wat to flavour water...

Disadvantages: No use if you don't like the fruity flavour of this :(

Kia Ora is my favourite diluted drink, it's awesome!!

Made with real fruit and having that cute crow on the front label I love this stuff, really :)

We got a huge 2 litre bottle from Iceland recently for me for only a pound which is brilliant value for such a large amount as there was 100% extra free in, and even though I drink it every day it will last me weeks and weeks...

Bottled by Coca-Cola on the UK, this bottle needs to be stored in a cool dry place and once opened needs to be used up within 3-4 weeks although I've had a big bottle like this before and it was fine to use.

This concentrated squash needs a thorough shaking before pouring and the makers say to dilute one part squash to four parts water, but I think this is too strong, especially for toddlers - but it does say to dilute more for that age group.

Calories wise there are 33 calories per diluted 250 ml serving, which is pretty good compared to a lot of soft drinks. Sugars included are 7.6g for the same amount but no fats or salt which is good for health plans.

The fruit used from concentrates are apple, redcurrant, strawberry and cherry so you can see where that lovely rich purple/ dark red colour come from (:

The best before date is not until April next year so these are great to stockpile when on offer - just stick them in the loft, lol!

Taste wise this is lovely, really nice and refreshing with a pleasant aftertaste that doesn't taste chemically. The fruitiness really comes through and I love to flavour my water as I don't like to drink it neat and we are always getting told nowadays to drink more fluids to be healthy and hydrated so this is a good way to do it by using these dilutable juices.

A favourite from my childhood I still enjoy it now, my taste buds agree that this is the best five star fruit juice for me!

Summary: I can't see myself ever going off this squash! :)

Kia Ora is a greeting in Maori (native language of New Zealand) meaning hello. Pretty sure the Maori had nothing to do with this drink :-) Great review!
