However, on some marketing material on the product provided by Boots, it hints that a shot provides just one portion, while there is no mention at all of how much it provides on the individual containers. I’m always concerned about the amount of fruit and vegetables that I eat – somehow I always struggle to get the recommended five portions in. And it does have to be said that eating a variety of fruit in particular can be really expensive. I’ve recently become a big fan of smoothies, particularly Innocent ones, which taste so fabulous; then I came across this product in Boots, where it can be bought as part of a lunch deal.
