Piwo Zdrojowe pasteryzowane is the slightly more desirable beer from the Konstancin brewery's Dawne range. As far as Polish beer goes, is fairly terrible and is mostly aimed at the organic crew rather than a typical beer drinker. The pasteurised version seems to lose some of the astringent flavour that the unpasteurised type had, there's also nearly 3% less alcohol in it as it becomes a "jasne lekkie" beer - basically lightweight! The flavourless and relatively weak type of beer, is relatively easy to get down you which makes a nice change from the extremely bitter non-pasteurised version.
