Kozlak Beer

The Bierhalle one is dark, has a high extract content (16.5%) and is 7.0% Abv.
The strongest taste wise should be the one brewed in Olsztyn - which has an extract content of 18% and a high percentage of alcohol to match at 7.8%. I can't say I've tried this one nor the Witnica variation which is made in a different brewery close to the German border.
The same amount of alcohol but less extract at 13%, my personal fave (despite not trying the last two..) is Kozlak Amber from the brewery "Browa...more |

Kozlak has to be one of my favourite beers at the moment, a dark full-bodied bock beer made from a German recipe, this beer is hard to get outside of Poland, in fact it's hard to come by in Poland.
