Advantages: Quite a strong and impressive blend of honey and beer

Krajan is a range from the "Browary Kujawsko-Pomorskie" which is based in the northern region of Poland of the same name (without the Browary part obviously), Krajan opts for a relatively classy look when it comes to design, this Miodowe version adopting a particularly appropriate honey coloured background with a flowery border.

The words Krajan at the top with both a crown and a crest with a dragon on it. This beer pours nicely, with a small but firm white head that hangs around for a substantial time, when poured you smell a strong sweet honey flavour to the beer which represents perfectly the strong sweet honey flavour of the beer.

This is probably the most realistic honey flavour in a beer I've found, it really tastes like someone has dumped a lot of top quality honey into the beer.

I normally don't bother with flavoured beers but I figured that honey and alcohol should be a good cure for a sore throat and it seemed to work wonders. At 5.5% alcohol and with 12.1% extract, it's a very well balanced beer and one that I recommend.

If you don't like honey though, don't bother because the flavour of the honey is really quite strong.
