Lech Premium is a very popular Polish lager and whilst I know that many are great fans of it, it's never really appealled to me - the few times I've drunk it in reasonable quantiites it has left me with a headache the next day. That's a bit strange as it's one of the lightest beers around at a mere 5.2%, when poured it doesn't leave much of a head. Lech in legend was a brother with Czech and Rus who were said to be 3 brothers and the forefathers of the Slavic nations, in reality Lechia is what was the original Poland and was born in the Poznan area, just like the beer and the football team Lech Poznan!
