A few months ago my doctor told me I needed to cut out caffeine due to high blood pressure. Since then, I've replaced all my hot drinks with caffeine-free alternatives, and I've tried many different herbal teas in this time. The most recent one I sampled was Lipton Andalucia. Lipton Andalucia comes in a very cheerful orange and yellow box with drawings of fruit on it. The herbal tea contains Apple, Rosehips, Chicory Root, Cinnamon, Flavouring, Liquorice, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Grapefruit Peel, and Orange Flower. Now I am not a tea drinker. i don't like milk and normally it is too strong. Also I have been having problems sleeping s I have been trying fruit and herbal alternatives. this is one of the new teas on the market. I have always liked Lipton's product, especially ice tea in the summer. Not everyone's cup of tea, pardon the pun. I managed to get two boxes for £2. I bought this one and the ALPS mint and eucalyptus. Both are very tasty. It's easy to make. Stick on the kettle, set out a mug and a spoon, insert sweeteners if required and put a tea bag in the mug. I have recently rediscovered the joys of fruity and herbal teas and have reduced my intake of caffeine, something I am really pleased about. The only thing is I find it is no good having just one alternative to coffee and tea, because in my case I soon tire of it and it goes to the back of the cupboard. So with this in mind I have been trying quite a few new alternatives and have uncovered some real gems. Lipton's Andalucia is one of the best I have tried to date, and you can buy this in Waitrose.
