Advantages: helps you chill
Disadvantages: not to be taken lukewarm
Now I am not a tea drinker. i don't like milk and normally it is too strong. Also I have been having problems sleeping s I have been trying fruit and herbal alternatives. this is one of the new teas on the market.
I have always liked Lipton's product, especially ice tea in the summer. Not everyone's cup of tea, pardon the pun.
I managed to get two boxes for £2. I bought this one and the ALPS mint and eucalyptus. Both are very tasty.
It's easy to make. Stick on the kettle, set out a mug and a spoon, insert sweeteners if required and put a tea bag in the mug. It is best to use the hany string and save you fishing around for 5 minutes at the end. Then go put on the TV and choose your programme.
When the kettle boils pour the water into the mug and leave for four to five minutes.
That's it. Nothing else to it. Once it has infused for the desired time remove the te bag.
CAUTION!!! THE CONTENTS ARE HOTTER THAN NORMAL TEA DUE TO THE LACK OF MILK!!!!!
Let it cool long enough so that it doesn't strip the skin of your tongue but not so long that it goes cold. Et voila, you have a lovely relaxing cup of tea with flavours that stiulate and relax you at the same time.
There are hardly any calories so it's goos for dieters.
the only downside is that it is not the best when it gets lukewarm, so i just stick in the micro and zap it for as long as it takes.
it's good value for money as some herbal teas are expensive.
All in a nice product that adds a bit of flavour to me time.
Summary: lovely, warm relaxing drink
