I thought I would try this product when I saw it billed as "only 45 calories!" and this wasn't per sip or per 100mls, it was for the entire drink!- Now I know that an apple is around 65 calories, so this had fewer calories then an apple. Advantages:-Tastes Good!:)-Low CaloriesDisadvantages-Expensive-Ridiculousy Small bottle-Overrated-Dosen't really give much energy-dissapointment!Alternative?Regular orange lucozade! or if your going for something cheap tesco's Kick-dosen't taste too bad cold :).
