When I was in the law school, I used to have exams that run from 9 am till 1 pm (i.e. 4 hours!). Having an exam itself is already an exhausting process and having a 4-hour exam is no less tiring than running a marathon! After writing non-stop for a few hours, you will definitely need an energy boost and Lucozade Orange is definitely my savior at that time.

Lucozade is one of the well known energy drinks that is said to be specially formulated with liquid glucose to deliver fast energy. They are available in many flavours but orange is by far my favourite. It normally comes in a bright orange glass bottle which is definitely something to brighten up myself during an exhausting exam.

So does it really do its job? Yes. I do feel that I am more energetic quite quickly after having a sip of Lucozade. It helps me to freshen up and concentrate in the exam. I usually just take a sip or two as I don't want to drink too much and end up running to the washroom... time is very previous during an exam!

In terms of the taste, I think that the orange flavour is a bit artificial and the drink itself is a bit too sweet too. I would recommend drinking this as an energy-booster when you are tired but not a daily drink.
