Advantages: gives you a energy boost, very good for sport, tastes ok

Disadvantages: you can't drink alot of it

I started drinking lucozade about 8 months ago when I was ill and struggling from extreme tiredness. I play tennis regularly but because i have chronic fatigue syndrome it's sometimes hard for me to do it because i don't have much energy, however, i started drinking lucozade after i had tried various other things and i was surprised at how affective it was. I had previously been trying Diet Coke but because it had alot of sugar it can be bad for you so i wanted to try something else because i was concerned that it could damage my teeth and it can make you put on weight because it's very sugary. Well anyway, i first used lucozade original just to test it out and i only used it when i needed it. It has really helped me i'm able to do the level of activity i used to be able to do before i got ill with lucozade. I don't use it as often now as i am recovering from the extreme fatigue problem but when i need it, it's very effective.
There are many lucozade products, the one i have recently found effective is the small lucozade alert drink which is smaller than the original bottles of lucozade and it's more caffeine than the others i think but i think it's nicer than the others.
I also reccomend this drink to anyone who does heavy sports activity because it just gives you a little boost if you have been doing sport.
