Lucozade is my favourite drink when I'm feeling run down or ill. I don't know how much energy it really gives you but it always seems to do the trick! It has a strange taste which is very difficult to describe. I always have the original flavour but it also comes in orange and lemon/lime flavours. It comes in a can or 3 different sizes of bottle - I usually have the medium size. I've found that it is a pretty good hangover cure! It doesn't seem to be very hydrating as it always makes me thirsty when I have had a bottle of it. It also seems to hit the spot just after a run or some other exercise as it seems to have a bit more substance than water and I think the glucose in it tops your energy levels up quickly so you don't feel that lag after exerting yourself. But be careful as you drink it, it can be a difficult stain to get out of clothes especially as it is bright orange!

Summary: A great pick me up or hangover cure!
