Lucozade has always been a great drink to have if you lack energy and nutrients and need to top up on them. I have often needed this drink when i have been ill, it is fantastic when you just havent got the energy and stamina to do anything,

Lucozade comes in a few sizes there is a 380ml bottle, 500ml and 1 litre plus and 330ml can. The bottle is a plastic one that is red and orange with the famous logo on it. The taste of the original Lucozade to me, is very orangy. It is quite gassy and fizzy. I don't normally like fizzy drinks but this one is an exception as it's an energy building drink. The liquid inside is an orange colour. It is not addictive in any way but you can get hooked from your very first sip. This is great for when you are not eating properly and you're not getting enough sugar and vitamins as Lucozade is filled with lots of sugar and glucose.

Some ingredients include : -

Citric Acid, Lactric Acid, Flavouring, Carbonated Water, Glucose Syrup (25%). Preservatives - Sodium Benozate, Sodium Bisulphite. Caffeine (0.012%), Antioxidant (Asorbic Acid), Colour (Sunset Yellow).

Overall, i recommend you try this out. You can get the 1Litre bottle for 99p in places like Home Bargains, although these are more expensive in other places. The smaller bottles are around £1.19. This drink is really good for building up your energy and useful to carry around with you when you need a boost.
