LUCOZADE ENERGY DRINK


I sometimes feel that i am lacking from energy especially after a hard day at work, so like to drink lucozade energy drink, its really great for picking you up when you have low energy levels.

I have been noticing that recently at Asdas they are offering this drink on sale for a mere £1.00 for a litre, bottle.

Lucozade comes in a handy bottle, with a screw top so that you can drink as much as you like then reseal the bottle.

Comes in a great recyclable bottle, with a easy to undo screw cap, so you can reseal when you have drunk what you require.

Has the wording Lucozade in yellow down the middle of the plastic bottle.


I have seen this for sale in the flavours, Lemon, Apple, Orange, Wildberry, Tropical and of course the old favourite that we all know and love, especially when we are feeling unwell as a great boost for our energy levels, (and it does work) Original.

Lucozade contains per 100mls, 70Kcals of energy, a trace of protein, Carbohydrates 17.9 grams, and nil fat which is great.

Lucozade is a drink that i swear by, especially as i have mentioned if i have been feeling unwell or have had a bout of upset stomach, as it helps to replace the fludis you have lost. I always take a bottle of this drink when visiting anyone who is unfortunate to be in hospital or just simply unwell at home.

Lucozade has been around for years, i can remember having this growing up and if i was unfortunate to have been ill in my childhood. It contains glucose syrup, which is a great pick me up if you have been feeling unwell, i did purchase a bottle the other day on my way to work, as was unfortunate to have experienced a bug i had picked up over the weekend and wanted to have a pick me up, as knew i was still feeling a bit down after the weekends illness.

I think this is a great drink, and it tastes lovely too, keep in the fridge serve cold.
