My favourite drink on the market! Mainly because of the taste, its supposed to be used in sports but it has been proven fizzy drinks will only make you more at risk to stomach pains while doing sports.

I buy this drink for a refreshing taste and also tends to fill me because it has lots of energy in it and keeps me wide awake while at work. I always take 1 into work because it seems to keep me focused and ready for what im doing ahead.

It use to be really cheap only costing aroung 45p per 380ml but it has shot right up in recent years and is now at the price of around 1.06 which i think is a big jump in recent years and it puts me off sometimes when i can get over drinks that are 500ml for the same price.

I don't think you can beat the orange floavur but it does come in many flavours including tropical and lemon.

Always a drink you can relay on.
