Lucozade Energy
I am completely sure that everyone has heard of Lucozade, if not tried it. It has been around for ages. It is an energy drink with glucose, which for me is synonymous with being unwell as a child. If you weren't well, you got to lie on the sofa and were bought Lucozade. I am not sure if it actually helped, but it definitely made you feel looked after!
It comes in various sizes, 2-litre bottles, 1-liter bottles 380ml plastic bottles which are a great size for drinking on the go. You can also buy it in cans, though these seem less available than they used to be, and you don't see them in all shops.
There are various different flavours of Lucozade on the market but this review is about the original, which is my favourite.
Ingredients are as follows;

Nowadays, I find Lucozade the best hangover cure on the market. It really helps me to feel better again after a big night out and I always ensure that there is some in the fridge. It has a very unique taste and whenever I fee under the weather, I still reach for the Lucozade. Because there are so many varieties, there is sure to be one that you like - or why not try them all and find your favourite!
Summary: Stash it!
