Well its not healthy but if you need a sugar rush and you want it in a tasty way then look no further. Lucozade has a very manufactured taste (in the same way that coke does, only the tastes are completely different) which is very nice. If it weren't unhealthy then I would drink it out of choice just because it tastes so good. This ... Read the complete review

Lucozade was one of the first energy drinks in is my favourite hands down to red bull, kick or boost, the only energy drink that is almost as nice as it is bpm. However although it is an energy drink, it is really high in calories and sugar, though this is intential as the glucose is provided to give you a boost in your day. You can buy ... I participate in a lot of sports, and also have that stage in the day where I need that little bit of energy. Lucozade Energy is my chosen drink to give my energy levels that extra boost for when I need it. Highly identified for its luminous orange bottle (also other colours now depending on flavour) bearing the famous Lucozade logo, ... Read the complete review

My nan used to buy me a bottle of Lucozade when I was ill, but wasn't allowed it any other time when I was little. I remember is used to make me feel a little better even if it was all in my head as I loved the taste. Nowadays, I tend to drink it on days when I feel under the weather but it's usually of my own doing! Yep, it's great hangover ... Read the complete review

Lucozade is my favourite drink when I'm feeling run down or ill. I don't know how much energy it really gives you but it always seems to do the trick! It has a strange taste which is very difficult to describe. I always have the original flavour but it also comes in orange and lemon/lime flavours. It comes in a can or 3 different sizes of bottle - ... Read the complete review

Lucozade is a great tasting glucose based energy drink. I remember the good old days of my mother tucking me up in bed when I was little and bringing in the hallowed cellophane wrapped glass bottle of Lucozade . A cure all for everything! Funny though, I never used to like it then. Now however is a different story.... ...I ... Read the complete review

Despite it being right there in the title of the drink, I've never really found Lucozade to be an energizing beverage. During and after drinking some, rather than feeling ready to face the day and full beans, I just feel normal, albeit less thirsty. I can therefore not recommend Lucozade as an energy/sports drink (although many would ... Read the complete review

Lucozade energy has a unique flavour and taste, you will not know if you will like it or not before you have actually tried it. It is an orange coloured fizzy energy drink. It is a glucose based drink, by giving you sugar it will boost you energy levels, i prefer this to caffeine based drink. A quotation taken directly from the back of ... Read the complete review

Whenever I need a bit of a pick me up and do not feel like coffee and want a cold drink I always reach for the Lucozade. If you are not familiar with Lucozade it can be described as a drink which is said to give you energy. I would mostly say that nowadays the drinks are viewed as sports drinks as they seem to be very in fashion at the ... Read the complete review

When I was a kid if you got ill you got lucozade. It came in glass bottles at the time, wrapped in orange cellophane like a gift! It was a treat really to make you feel better and it worked as such before you'd even taken a sip. Nowadays it comes in plastic bottles and is hailed as "brain and body energy" which really ... I started drinking lucozade about 8 months ago when I was ill and struggling from extreme tiredness. I play tennis regularly but because i have chronic fatigue syndrome it's sometimes hard for me to do it because i don't have much energy, however, i started drinking lucozade after i had tried various other things and i was surprised at how ... When I was in hospital few years back I remember that they had a ban on Lucozade. Gutted, was I because even though I know full well it's not medicinal but I'd put in a huge order of the stuff with my mum and she fell for my puppy dog eyes and then the nurses wouldn't let her in with the stuff! Me, I'm addicted. It's the best 'soft ... Read the complete review

I live off lucozade, Its probably not good for me in the quantities I drink but too much of any thing is bad for you so I'll deal with it. I have a problem with my sugar levels and they are prone to drop suddenly so I carry a bottle around with me at all times to prevent any mishaps. When I'm out on the golf course, a bottle or two of Lucozade Original is an absolute essential piece of kit in my golf bag. Well it didn't really save my life but picture the scene - it is Sunday morning (well lunchtime) and I crawl out of bed, somehow manage to make it downstairs and open the kitchen cupboard to find my saviour in a red and orange jacket. In an ever growing market this sports drink has been top of the sales list for years. It may suprise you but this drink was first made way back in 1927 by a Newcastle chemist looking for a drink that would give people a boost of energy. It was named Lucozade in 1929 and apart from changes to the bottle has stayed the same ever since ... Read the complete review

When I was a child Lucozade was what people drank only when they were poorly. It was like some kind of mysterious potion that came in a tall orange bottle, wrapped in orange cellophane, a lot posher than any other bottled drink I knew. And of course the drink itself was (still is) orange. But miraculously when Gran or mum were ill, ... Read the complete review
