I don't drink enough fluids, I drink coffee throughout the day and that's about it, and so as a result I am quite dehydrated. Being too dehydrated not only affects your skin by making it dry out, it also affects your brain and your therefore your ability to concentrate and also your energy levels, so with this in mind I am now trying to make a ... It's nice at work now and then to have something different to drink other than tea or coffee. So on the odd occasion I buy Lucozade Sport, I like the fact that it is refreshing and great tasting but it isn't fizzy. Lucozade Sport was first launched in 1991 and is available in the following flavours - Orange, Raspberry, Tropical and ... Read the complete review

For many years i have been a serious Red Bull addict - im always tired and always seem to need energy. I decided to stop drinking as much last year for health reasons and obviously had to look around for a suitable replacement - and Lucozade Sport has become just that! I have tried many of the different isotonic sports drinks, but ... Read the complete review

Having a Dad, and a younger brother who are both into sports and fitness and forever trying out new products and fitness regimes I like to try feel good and copy now and then so when I seen my brother with a bottle of Lucozade sport I thought I'd buy myself some. Introduction I am not a huge fan of energy drinks as in my experience they don't really make much of a difference. I was feeling a bit drained at work the other day so decided to buy one on the off chance it would perk me up. I went for the Lucozade sport, orange flavour for the simple reason that it was 26p cheaper than the original ... Read the complete review

The claim that lucozade put with their sports drink is that it provides carbohydrate to fuel your muscles during sport. Ok that maybe true but combining that carbohydrate in a drink with a whole host of chemicals is definitely not a healthy way of performing better in sports. Having said that, it is better than taking protein or muscle building ... Read the complete review

I was suffering from food poisoning about a year ago and was having difficulty keeping food or water down, in, or even around my person without feeling ill. Dangerously close to dehydration as I was, my doctor recommended I buy Lucozade Sport in bulk, the reasoning being that it would both rehydrate me as well as give my body much-needed sugar and ... This review is not altogether valid but I can`t find anywhere else to write it! Its not that I don`t buy and drink Lucozade sport orange because I do and I find it is a good source of energy whilst running or training in the gym. I agree with other reviewers that it doesn`t quite quench a thirst as it tastes quite thick. It does what it says ... Read the complete review

I've been buying this for a number of years, both when I attend the sym or do sport to give you the energy to participate, and at the gym to quench my thirst. I also drink it at work, as I work shift work and I find it helps me combat fatigue and gives me the energy I need to get me through a shift occasionally. It comes in a variety ... Lucozade Sport is one of the most thirst quenching, rehydrating, flavoursome drinks I have tried. It is absolutely delicious, and the flavour selections are great too. Not only do you have Orange, but there is Rasberry, Tropical and the new Citrus Fruits Clear range. They are on offer quite often in large chain supermarkets so you do not normally ... Today when running out of my house to get to the gym I totally forgot to take my water bottle with me! What a panic that was I can tell you when I realised cos me, well I really work up a sweat and get parched so I had to nip across the road from my said gym and into my local Sainsbury's. Along with a bottle of water I decided to get one of these ... Read the complete review

Working in the sports industry I drink many Lucozade Sports as well as many of the customers I deal with so I thought it was about time I put my views on the subject into words. I am addicted to these drinks. I know these are meant to be used before sport to give you an extra burst of energy and after exercise to replace any energy that you have ... Read the complete review

As a big drinker at work I seem to be trying everything recently, and stumbled across 2 flavours of this Lucozade Energy drink (as opposed to the "normal" Lucozade Energy). Lucozade as in the brand name has been available for around 80 years and was originally based around being a high glucose based energy drink. In more modern times ... Read the complete review

Lucozade Sport is different to any other drink in production today. Its sort of like diluting orange, except the taste is much richer and better. Lucozade as a brand was first launched in 1927. In the early 1950s, the Lucozade sport that we see today was launched. Nowadays, you see Lucozade Sport in almost every shop. And that's not without ... Read the complete review

Lucozade is a very different thirst quencher that's promoted as the ultimate drink for athletes, and this isotonic sports drink has successfully differentiated itself from other, more harmful energy drinks like Red Bull and Relentless. I've never been the most sporty person in the world, and I'd always associated these sort of energy drinks for the sports-mad keep-fit people, but I thought I'd give these a go when I saw them on special offer. Lucozade Sport is pretty much my favourite drink in terms of thirst quenching taste, however, i really don't believe that it helps or improves sport performance. Yes, it supposedly can give you a little bit of energy or a pick-me-up, but i've always found that drinking any kind of Lucozade can make you feel bloated, especially if you drink it ...
