Advantages: Good refreshing apple flavour
Disadvantages: None
Having just written about Bulmers and why I prefer magners I thought I would I'd better say why.
However I have just found an interesting fact while I was trying to get some stats for this review that in Ireland magners and Bumers are the same product but over here they are different companies - how confusing is that!
I usually buy magners by the case in CostCo but teh price has been varying so much over the last few visits I think I'll generalise and say that on average a pint bottle will cost about £1.50. I have only seen this drink available in the shops in the pint version but I know in the pubs there are smaller sizes and also some pubs now have it on draught.
I like to make sure that it is really chilled because I think the apple flavours are released better and are much more pronounced when the drink is cold and as ever I pour it over ice. The colour of the drink is quite orange/red and so is quite distinctive. The level of bubble in the drink is well balanced and the drink overall is not too gassy. the taste is clean and refreshing from the moment you take your first taste until you empty the glass. this cider is probabaly drier than some of its rivals but still has a good level of sweetnes.
Overall lovelly refreshing cider
Summary: A good refreshing cider
