... in it at all. The coconut flavour is very strong and it also smells of coconut. It's a proper exotic tasting drink and is light to sip back but if you're having it without a mixer then you might find it's a bit too syrupy and sweet. I love it and it's one of them drinks that once I start I can't leave it alone, that's meant a load of hangovers because Malibu is so yummy and easy to drink that I end up drinking loads more than I should! You don't even feel yourself getting drunk on Malibu because it tastes a bit lik...more

I am graduating tomorrow and after being on antibiotics for 3 weeks know I will have a few drinks to celebrate. My tipple for the night will be Malibu as it is very easy to drink. I first drank Malibu when my mum had a glass, I loved the coconut smell and quite fancied it. She had mixed it with pineapple juice and it tasted very exotic. She also makes a Malibu cheesecake which is absolutely fantastic. So really I am hooked. When I go out I always opt for a 'Pina Colada' or something else with Malibu in. MALIBU ------------ Malibu is rum made in Barbados (bottled in Scotland) from natural coconut extract. The first Malibu was served up in ...  Read the complete review

When I go out with mates for a few drinks I always like to try new drinks and see the latest offers. One time about three and a half years ago I was in my local Wetherspoons and decided to try a glass of this Malibu rum. It is one of the cheaper Rum's you can buy and it is much lighter as The alcohol content by volume is 21.0%alcohol percentage wise than the likes of Bacardi and Bundaberg Rum which are both around 40%. You can buy Malibu Rum in a variety of sizes including 75cl bottles for around £11 which isnt bad considering the price of some other rums coming in at £17 or so. Now I am sure you will all have seen the "seriously easy going" adverts ...  Read the complete review

Overview Malibu is advertised as an easy go drink with slogans such as 'Get Your Island On' and 'If people in the Caribbean took life as seriously as this, they would never have invented Malibu. It's seriously easy going.' Malibu is white rum with a natural coconut flavour. Malibu is crafted at a beachside distillery in Barbados (I would definitely like a tour round that distillery!) Malibu is generally drank with a mixer of with coke, lemonade and pineapple being amongst the favourites. Malibu has to be in my top 5 of spirits along side, Smirnoff Vodka, Archers, Sailor Jerry and Captain Morgan's. A Little Bit of History According to ...  Read the complete review

On the front of the bottle, in keeping with the Caribbean theme there is an outline of a palm tree in black and a sun setting in the background of this image. ***Price*** A 70cl bottle of Malibu is sold in Asda ...  Read the complete review
