As far as rum goes, this is fairly low in alcohol content, but is in fact very tasty and I prefer it by quite a long way to straight rum. You can enjoy it on its own, or with a mixer, the best one, and most well known, being diet or regular coke.

The design of the bottle is really nice, meaning it could make quite a nice gift, especially for a dinner party or something like that. It is white all over, meaning it is opaque which is a little annoying as you can't see where your're up to in the bottle: which can lead to over indulgence, so beware!! There are two palm trees pictured against a sunset and it is described as caribbean rum, being made in Jamaica, with a touch of coconut.

Taste

The rum is clear, but is very creamy in texture and taste. It has a sweet taste, and I thought I might not like this because I don't like coconut at all, but this just has a very subtle taste that gives it a little edge. Maybe it's the combination of coconut, almonds and mocha: no one flavour is overwhelming, it just makes the rum a little richer and sweeter, almost like a syrup.

Delicious licquer! And not too strong, at 21%

The only downfall is the price: around £17 for a litre bottle.
