This Borgogne Blanc table wine has a smooth and mellow, very fruity taste. It is a white, French Burgundy, similar in taste and texture to Chablis, and Pouilly-Fuisse. Although this is a full bodied wine it has a lot less body than the Bordeaux wines (Graves,Macon, etc). This wine is best served lightly chilled. Half an hour in the 'fridge should be enough to bring it to the right temperature. It should never be ice cold as this spoils the delicate flavour.
