I have a drink problem...no I don't drink too much, I drink too little! We are constantly told we need to drink two litres of water a day, but who does? I don't think I drink two litres of anything a day, juice water or otherwise. I think the problem is partly a rountine thing. Firstly, I've got to remember to drink it, then I've got to find time to do so! The other problem is than when you get part the initial relief of quenching your thirst water gets boring. Most of the time I've found that if you try the flavoured waters, you are getting the flavour and the fluid but compensating by taking in added sugar content, and that means calories!
