I do like milkshakes, although I don't let myself have them very often. I also like chocolate, malt, nougat and caramel. So a mars drink sounded like a good idea to me - it gets rid of the main annoying thing I find with mars bars which is the heavy texture and overwhelming sweetness. Mars refuel is a gorgeous tasting drink. Yeah it's meant to give you energy and boasts a load of stuff about providing rapid recovery for athletes due to it's 4:1 carbohydrate:protein ratio, but let me explain, I'm a lazy bum and me drinking this has nothing to do with sports, so I can't comment from that perspective.
