If you thought 5.6 or 6.0% abv was strong for beer, think again: Owd Roger comes in at 7.6%, which is as strong as a good scrumpy cider. So the apparently high price of £1.99 for a half-litre bottle works out at more alcohol per p than most bottled beers! Definitely NOT a case of "one for the road"!
