Having lived in burnley for a good few years, I got to know the local brews very very well. And I have to admit that this one is one of my national favourites, and I know a lot of ales. Its not the most hoppy of ales - although the colour and texture of this fine beer states otherwise. Everytime I drink it it reminds me of many long lazy afternoons in the Burnley pub gardens!
