Anyone who watched the recent Channel 4 TV programmes about actor, Neil Morrissey and his business partner, Richard Fox, buying a pub in Yorkshire and converting it to become a micro-brewery for their own brand of beers, will undoubtedly have considered it just another self-promotion indulgence. Of course, that feeling may be largely influenced by your opinion of Morrissey. Of Fox, I knew absolutely nothing prior to the TV programmes.
