... drinking Muller Vitality Yogurt. My first thoughts were NO. I hate yogurt drinks, I'd sampled some in Safeway's one day, it was DISGUSTING! But she persisted with her advice reassuring me it was nothing like the brand I had tried. It was tasty, very fruity and not expensive. She thought it would help.
