Nescafe Gold Blend Half Caff

I admit that I do like a cup of coffee and probably drink too much of the stuff but when I decided to begin cutting down I came across this product - Nescafe Gold Blend Half Caff. It tastes just the same as the Nescafe Gold Blend full-caffeine variety but as the label says, half the caffeine. I'm pleased to say that yes it does seem to be good at gradually reducing my caffeine intake although the first day or two of switching to it, I had headaches but they have gone now and I feel alot less lethargic than before; probably the same as when I once decided to only drink tea for many months a few years ago.
