I'm pleased to say that yes it does seem to be good at gradually reducing my caffeine intake although the first day or two of switching to it, I had headaches but they have gone now and I feel alot less lethargic than before; probably the same as when I once decided to only drink tea for many months a few years ago.
It's a little condradictory I know to say that caffeine would make you lethargic but when you have been drinking 10 mugs of coffee per day for so long then your body probably doesn't ackno...moreMore Nestlé drinks

I admit that I do like a cup of coffee and probably drink too much of the stuff but when I decided to begin cutting down I came across this product - Nescafe Gold Blend Half Caff. It tastes just the same as the Nescafe Gold Blend full-caffeine variety but as the label says, half the caffeine. Contains Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil really nice, strong & sweet at the same time quite expensive - but worth it! Obviously decaffeinated with only a small reduction in strength. Taste is weakened.
