If there's one thing I take real pleasure in it's having a lovely drink of hot chocolate, but so often the instant hot chocolates you can buy in shops are a massive let down. This one on the other hand, is an absolute delight! It costs £1.75 for the tub, but you can also buy a pack of pre-measuerd sachets.

It's really simple to make, just add hot (not boiling) water to 4 heaped teaspoons of the powder and stir well. You do need to make sure that the water is not boiling as it won't stir in as well and you end up with quite a few bits floating in it with boiling water. When it's made with hot water though, it stirs in really quickly and you don't get any bits that have not dissolved, which is something I've never encountered with an instant hot chocolate before.

When you mix this stuff up it makes an amazing amount of frothy bubbles which are really nice and add to the indulgent experience of the hot chocolate. The hot chocolate also tastes fantastic. Unlike most instant hot chocolates it doesn't taste at all watery, but rather has a really chocolatey, creamy taste, with just a hint of mint. The mint flavour is not that strong which is nice as it doesn't overpower the chocolate flavour but compliments it instead.

The froth of this hot chocolate combined with the thick texture of the chocolate itself make it a really indulgent treat that really is a pleasure to drink, and it's certainly the best instant chocolate drink I've tried so far!

A serving of the chocolate gives you 99 calories, 14.8g of sugar, and 2.6g of fat (2.4g of which is saturates), so it really is an indulgent drink which should only be enjoyed in moderation and alongside a healthy diet.
