The beatiful taste of milkshake has always delighted me whenever out and about, and I am very partial to freshly made juices and smoothies. As well as my passion for drinks I seem to be having less and less time on my hands after working commitments kick in, and when needing a quick refreshing sometimes you cannot make the trip required to the local smoothie shop to purchase a freshly made fruit juice.

This is why I always do have a bottle of Nesquik in my cupboard, as despite being grossly sugary it is a great way to refresh yourself or even relax yourself after a stressful day or the start of the day!

Aswell as being quick and effecient it is also an alternative to a child's bottled milk, and for the additional treat every now and then I tend to pop in two tablespoon's of one of the three nesquik flavours to add in some sweetness into the milk my son is drinking.
Yes it is unhealthy which is why I advise not to include too much of it and after drinking it to brush your teeth within a couple of hours.

Many think this milkshake powder is for children, however I disagree towards that statement. I find that it is a simple milkshake powder which isn't ageist or intended for a certain age group, I think it is a broadly used milkshake powder which is used by everyone!

The way to use the powder is as simple as many other product's on the market today. Either serve hot or cold milk and blend the powder into the milk. Yes a very simple method to produce the product but nowadays it is very common in instant powders on the market.

One thing I will say however, This powder is very motivational towards children drinking milk. As many children in the current world are drinking fizzy pop and drinks, this is a insentive for younger children to begin to drink milk and strengthen they're bones. Milk has been known as having very 'bone enhancing' qualities and if your child enjoys drinking healthy alternatives to unhealthy drinks I know I would feel a certain degree of comfort.
Another great inovative idea that nesquik has achieved is the 3 flavours - Chocolate, Banana and strawberry. The three are very attractive flavours are a good idea and are another eye catching way they shift they're stock.

The taste is sometimes said to be more of a 'fake' feeling which suggests that it isn't as fresh as freshly made fruit juices made from ripe ingredients. I completely agree with this statement as I know I would much rather have a taste of a fresh juice, however this dosen't mean that the milkshake powder dosen't taste nice!
It combines a very sweet edge to the typical milkshake powder, but when the initial flavour of the powder kicks in it leaves a bland taste in the mouth, and a unattractive after taste.

This is great dont get me wrong, but I feel that there are better instant powder's out on the market to provide you with a quick boost. The taste dosen't do it a great deal of favours however I still think that the sweetness over rides the flavour and that would more than satisfy me.
As long as it keeps the kids quiet what more could you ask for?
