      handy to have!

Every week when we do our big food shop we always make sure to have our nestle pure life bottles of water in the trolley!!
The main reason i buy this water is for the price! at 2 pounds for 12 bottles of water you cannot go wrong!
We are a family who always like to have a bottle of water to hand wherever we go. Wether it be work or just around the house.

The taste of the water simply tastes like... water! Crisp & Clean! I find alot of people drink out of the tap in the UK but i tend to find that tap water tastes too metallicy so if you want fresh, clean tasting water which is always at hand then i would recommend buying nestle pure life. And if you work out the price of a standard bottle of water is around 60p + then 2 pounds for 12 bottles really is a bargain!

      .

I bought this the other week due to the price of this. When I saw the 12 pack of 500ml bottles in Tesco for £2 I thought why not to try this. I was just about to pay £1.50 for 6 bottles of another brand so I thought why not save a bit money. I take a 500ml bottle to the gym and although I could end up filling a bottle up in the house from a larger bottle and saving money I thought this wasn't a bad deal.

I don't think Nestle has been out in the Water business all that long and to be honest when I think of Nestle I think of Chocolate, so that did stick in my head a bit but this Water is fine. It just tastes like any other Mineral Water that I have drank.

The bottle is alright. The plastic is a clear plastic and there is a simple label around the middle. Looking at the label it doesn't say much about this Water. The bottle has a slight little pattern or circles on it and it is east enough to hold. The bottle is a rounded shape so sits in a cup holder easy enough.

I know this review will be short, but there really isn't anything else to say about this Water. It tastes like any other Water and although I don't know what the normal price of this will be I think that £2 is a great price and I may buy another pack of this when it is on offer.

A lovely bottled water from Nestle.

Nestle have recently set up a campaign called Pure Life which aims on getting people fit and healthy and keeping hydrated throughout this. In doing this, they have brought out bottled water, and recently we stocked up on some in our house. I had never really thought of Nestle for doing anything other than providing chocolate bars, however it seems they do much more than that.

This Pure Life water comes in a variety of sizes, however I am yet to have seen them available individually, so I do believe you can only buy them in multi packs, but this is fine as we like to stock up in our household anyway. I had the standard family pack which consisted of twelve bottles which were 50cl each. These are perfect for me as I like to carry water around with me, especially to work or if I am on the go because I feel it is an essential. In addition to this, Nestle provide a pack of four bottles which are two litres each, and these bigger bottles are better for people who just want cold, fresh water in their fridge for the family. Finally, another excellent multi pack in the range is one aimed specifically at children which are ten bottles that are 33cl and contain sports caps which are perfect for lunchboxes.

As stated, I had the twelve bottles of 50cl which is a standard sized bottle of water. They are perfect for carrying around with you, for if you are exercising or even if you just need some hydration during your working hours. I personally carry a bottle around with me when I am on the go because you never know when you might get dehydrated. I do sometimes drink this water at home also, as I think bottled water is just so much nicer in comparison to tap water.

So what is so special about this water? It is sourced from Lightwood, which is in a protected, prime green belt land in the heart of the Peak district. Nestle claim that this area was chosen to abstract the water with a favourable mineral content, and to ensure that minimal impact was put on the surrounding countryside. I am aware that some people are quite interested in where their water is sourced from, and I have dabbled with a wide range of bottled waters but this one I have been most pleased with.

It might be due to where it is sourced as to where its flavour comes from. It sounds silly referring to water as having a flavour, however with many bottled waters which I have tried in the past, they have had a strange after taste and there are certain ones which I just can't drink at all. The Nestle Pure Life water however is lovely to drink and does not have any odd tastes, in fact it makes drinking water a lot nicer. It is also excellent for hydrating you throughout the summer, and it helps me to avoid dehydration on a daily basis.

If you are interested in purchasing this water, it is widely stocked throughout supermarkets, and I picked mine up from Asda. The 12 bottles cost me £2.00 which I think is an excellent price for a multi pack, and considering I normal end up paying about £1.00 for an individual bottle in many other places. The childrens pack and the two litre bottle pack are also retailing at around the same price, so it is worth having a look!

Overall, an excellent bottled water which is full of minerals and well sourced. It gives good hydration, and I would definitely recommend this one to all. Thanks for reading.
