Advantages: Very tasty hot chocolate drink with mint

I must confess I am a bit of a chocoholic but when I'm determined to stick to a diet plan I get my chocolate fix from skinny cow hot chocolate mint drink, while is isn't exactly a fair trade for my favourite areo mint chocolate bar it does make a reasonable substitute. It does in fact have a lovely blend of both mint and chocolate neither is too over powering and I prefer it to other brands of low cal hot drinks in fact it is my fave hot drink. You can buy it in a jar or in sachets I personally buy a jar as it works out a lot better value for money. Its less than 40 cals a mug which around the same as other low cal chocolate drinks and for 40cals you get an excellent chocolate fix. I wouldn't be able to tell it was low cal as its taste rich and creamy and is full of flavour. Its perfect after a long hard to snuggle up on the sofa with and treat yourself. You do however have to really give it a good stir to ensure that the powder is full disolved or you end with chuncks on top and its rather unpleasent. But it is possible to get a good mix just stir with a spoon well.
