Yes…your eyes do not deceive you! Tange is reviewing a lager! A LAGER! Don't faint and calm down. This is actually a different and interesting form of lager with the wonderful name I Can't Believe it's not Bitter, brewed at the Oakleaf Brewery. I first tried it at our beer festival at the beginning of February ~ we had it on so we had an answer for the Smart (?) Alecs who come along to a Real Ale festival just to say "Haven't you got any lager?" We always try to have at least one Cask Conditioned lager so we can swiftly say, "Yes, of course we do.
