Oakleys Rose Cider

Riding on the current 'magners' fronted wave of resurgence for male marketed, beer garden produced cider and is Oakleys fruit cider.
Some of these ciders taste very chemically and rushed however this doesn't, its just the right blend of flavors which makes for a drink which is just on the right side of the blend - not to syrupy, not to light.

However, the alcoholic content is pretty weak, seeing as they're marketing it as a male drink, aiming for the same market as 18-25 cider drinkers.
Not to mention the fact that its pink! haha.

The price seems to have come up, i think i paid about £2.30 per bottle in tesco which seems a little much compared to initial release pricing but hey, where would we be without alcohol duty increases? *rolls eyes*

Overall, a nice, light&crisp tasting cider which i would definitely buy again 4/5
