Advantages: Great taste, good design, good price.

Disadvantages: Too much sugar!

Oasis Summer Fruits is a still fruit juice drink and when I wanted something different from the usual carbonated rubbish this is what I decided on.

The bottle has ridges near the top and is well designed for easy gripping, it Oasis Logo, information on the manufactures (Coca-Cola), nutritional is a clear plastic bottle with a blue screw top lid & a plastic label with the information & ingredients. It contains 5% fruit juice from concentrate (apples, strawberrys, redcurrants & cherrys) and I think even though it's only 5% you really can taste the sweetness of the fruits and the sheer amounts of sugar that they have put in to this!

The juice is the same colour as blackcurrant and not too dissimilar in taste, I think that all of the fruits provided combine very well together and make a delicious combination. The juice is quite sweet and is certainly refreshing but I did find it to be a little too sweet for my tastes, it quenched my thirst and I polished off the bottle in record time because it's hot outside today and this really hit the spot! There are 18 calories and 4.2g of sugars per 100ml so although it's low calorie it should be enjoyed in moderation because of the sugar content. I would recommend it for people who are looking for a refreshing drink on a hot summers day or something to give the kids instead of coke or carbonated drinks. I am rating this drink 4/5 and have knocked off one point because it's got a slightly overpowering sweetness to it.

I paid £1.00 for this bottle from my local corner shop but it can be find in Tesco stores in a 500ml bottle for 97p or 2 for £1.60 (offer runs until June).

Summary: A refreshing juice drink that quenched my thirst.
