A tasty way to improve your vitamnin C levels.

In an attempt to be healthier I have been having a glass of juice each day. My juice of choice has been Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice, but for a change I started buying the Cranberry Juice mixes. The one I am reviewing today is Cranberry & Pomegranate. The juice comes in a tall rectangular Tetra pack with a screw top opening. The screw top is really easy to open and pour from unlike the juice packs where you need to cut a corner off. The top reseals and therefore keeps the juice nice and fresh. The pack tells me that a 250ml serving of juice will give me 100% RDA of vitamin C and that it contains 110 kcal. Each 1 litre carton contains 4 servings and should be consumed within 4 days of opening. The juice is free from artificial colours, flavourings and sweeteners and is made from North American Cranberries and is best served chilled. I brought my carton from Morrison for a £1. The juice is a lovely deep red colour and smells of Cranberries. The juice tastes sweet and mostly of Pomegranates it is very refreshing and does not have that dry edge that Cranberry juice has. I really enjoy my glass of Cranberry & Pomegranate juice each day and I feel that it is good for me as Cranberries are a good source of vitamin C and an anti-oxidants. Thank you for reading.
