So to make one all you do is put 3-4 teaspoons of the powder into a glass with 200ml of cold milk and sir well. Thats all there is to making this lovely milkshake, it is so easy and mixes really well.
This is particulary aimed at kids and I can see why as it contains so many vitamins (11) and minerals (4), without having any artificial colours or sweeteners. With the vitamins being;

Although it is coming up for the Autumn, now we are in October my family still like to drink the odd milkshake from time to time. Well we had just finished of a bottle of Crusha, so I had this written on my list to replace when I went shopping next ( which seems to be every day at the moment!!). I purchased this Max For Milk, Chocolate flavoured milk mix by Ovaltine as I adore chocolate. I'm struggling to eat it lately though as it helps to bring on a migraine so I've cut down, so am on the mooch for something tasty and sweet and choccy-like! As I've mentioned before in reviews, cos I have an eating disorder and kidney stones I drink a fair amount of milk on specialists recommendations but I'm not keen on plain milk so I'm constantly on the look out for something to mix with it and this appealed to me and my taste buds.
