Advantages: Mixes well, a fabulous addition to cocktails

It's only since working in a bar that I've started drinking Passoa, a passion fruit liquer. It's not very well known in the UK which really surprises me as it has such mass appeal. It's perhaps the sweetest alcoholic drink I've ever tasted; with lemonade it barely tastes alcoholic at all. If you love archers, cointreau or midori, you'll love Passoa. It's only 17% abv, so if you like a stronger drink you might like to mix two parts passoa to three parts mixer (like you would a Pimms & Lemonade). It also work wells with cranberry juice and a dash of lime and lemonade and orange juice. It's a fantastic spirit for making cocktails with and works well mixed with other fruit flavored liquers (as mentioned above).

I've also been told it's an aphrodisiac...So what are you waiting for??!

The only drawback, is that it's relatively hard to find the UK, try larger supermarkets and cocktail bars.

When you do it'll cost you around £11 for a 75 cl bottle.
