Advantages: Does help you when your bloated, clears and cleans stomach and intestines. Very soothing.

Disadvantages: It doesnt work for everybody... apparently its ineffective if drunk when gone cold.

Pepper mint tea... i personally think that peppermint tea works differently for different people. Me and my mother-in-law began drinking it together, on the same days at the same time. I noticed that it didnt actually help my bloated feeling, but if i had it an hour before a meal it made me hungry... and i did feel like it cleaned/ cleared my stomach and digestive system.
My mother-in-law experianced an eze and felt peppermint tea very soothing after a meal, it helped her bloated feeling and she felt it also encouraged her digestive system to work more effectively.
The taste doesnt really bother us much, we didnt expect anything tasty... but we wouldnt call it nasty either!

Summary: You have to understand how it works for your body otherwise you will never learn of the advantages,
