Advantages: Low in cals

Disadvantages: You can drink so much of it!

I am a huge Pepsi Max fan and drink an obscene amount (at least 2 litres per day)

The packaging is appealing and draws you to the product.

I love the refreshing taste and find it very morish but not overly sweet. It actually seems to quench yout thirst whereas some competitors do not. Max also seems to have more "fizz" than full sugar carbonated drinks.

I love the fact that it is so low in calories and (0.8 calories per 250ml) and I have actually lost 2 stone (28lbs) whilst drinking Pepsi Max.

The only downside I have found is that it can still do some damage to your teeth. My dentist advised me that although it does not cause as much damage as full fat sodas it is still not great for your teeth and too drink through a straw.

The price is far and in the same bracket as the other Colas of similar quality and the good thing is that there are often buy one get one free offers or 2 bottles for £2 so it can be kind on your wallet too.
